นโยบายและข้อกำหนด
การใช้แอปพลิเคชัน JO GROUP อยู่ภายใต้ นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวและคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (PDPA) ที่ใช้ในแอปพลิเคชัน กรุณาอ่านรายละเอียดก่อนลงทะเบียนและใช้งาน
อ่านนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว (PDPA)ลบบัญชีในแอป (build 16+):
- โปรไฟล์ → ศูนย์ช่วยเหลือ → ลบบัญชี (แถวสีแดง) → ยืนยัน
- โปรไฟล์ → ศูนย์ช่วยเหลือ → นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว (PDPA) → เลื่อนลงล่าง → ลบบัญชี → ยืนยัน
- ลบทันทีและออกจากระบบ
- ลงทะเบียนเบอร์เดิมได้เป็นบัญชีใหม่ — ไม่เห็นข้อมูลเดิม
- ลบจากระบบหลักภายใน 30 วัน (ยกเว้นกฎหมายกำหนดให้เก็บนานกว่า)
- อีเมลทางเลือก: jogroup.application@gmail.com หัวข้อ ขอลบบัญชีผู้ใช้

Use of JO GROUP is governed by the Privacy Policy and Personal Data Protection Policy (PDPA) shown in the app. Please read it before registering and using the service.
Read the privacy policy (PDPA)Delete account in the app (build 16+):
- Profile → Help center → Delete account (red row) → confirm
- Profile → Help center → Privacy policy (PDPA) → scroll to bottom → Delete account → confirm
- Immediate removal and logout
- Same phone number can register a new account — previous profile, applications, and history are not available
- Purged from primary systems within 30 days (longer only if required by law)
- Optional email: jogroup.application@gmail.com, subject Account Deletion Request
