3.1 สำหรับผู้สมัครงาน:

ข้อมูลระบุตัวตน: ชื่อ-นามสกุล, เพศ, อายุ, สัญชาติ และรูปถ่ายโปรไฟล์
ข้อมูลติดต่อ: อีเมล, เบอร์โทรศัพท์, ไอดีไลน์ และที่อยู่ปัจจุบันหรือตำแหน่งที่ตั้ง
ข้อมูลประวัติ: ประวัติการศึกษา, ประวัติการทำงาน, ทักษะ, ใบรับรอง และเงินเดือนที่ต้องการ
ข้อมูลอ่อนไหว: เฉพาะกรณีที่ท่านให้ข้อมูลเอง เช่น ข้อมูลสุขภาพหรือสถานะความพิการ เพื่อประกอบการพิจารณางานบางประเภท

3.2 สำหรับผู้ว่าจ้าง:

ข้อมูลผู้ติดต่อ: ชื่อ-นามสกุล, ตำแหน่ง และข้อมูลการติดต่อภายในองค์กร
ข้อมูลการประกาศงาน: เนื้อหาของประกาศรับสมัครงานและคุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ

4. วัตถุประสงค์ในการประมวลผลข้อมูล

เราประมวลผลข้อมูลของท่านภายใต้ฐานทางกฎหมายดังนี้:

ฐานสัญญา: เพื่อให้บริการจับคู่สมัครงาน สื่อสารระหว่างผู้ใช้ และจัดการบัญชีผู้ใช้
ฐานความยินยอม: เพื่อการสื่อสารทางการตลาดหรือการประมวลผลข้อมูลอ่อนไหว
ฐานประโยชน์อันชอบธรรม: เพื่อพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพแอปพลิเคชัน ป้องกันการทุจริต และรักษาความปลอดภัย
ฐานหน้าที่ตามกฎหมาย: เพื่อปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายแรงงาน กฎหมายภาษี และกฎหมายคอมพิวเตอร์

5. การเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

เพื่อให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ของบริการ เราอาจเปิดเผยข้อมูลให้แก่:

ผู้ว่าจ้าง/ผู้สมัครงาน: ข้อมูลโปรไฟล์ของท่านจะถูกเปิดเผยให้คู่สัญญาเห็นเพื่อประกอบการพิจารณาจ้างงานและนัดสัมภาษณ์
ผู้ให้บริการภายนอก: ผู้ให้บริการจัดเก็บข้อมูลระบบคลาวด์ (เช่น Google Cloud, AWS) และบริการตรวจสอบตัวตน
หน่วยงานตามกฎหมาย: เมื่อมีคำสั่งศาล หรือการร้องขอจากหน่วยงานรัฐที่มีอำนาจ

6. การเก็บรักษาข้อมูล

เราจะเก็บข้อมูลของท่านไว้ตลอดระยะเวลาที่บัญชีผู้ใช้ยังคงมีการใช้งาน หากไม่มีการใช้งานเกิน 2 ปี บริษัทจะดำเนินการลบข้อมูลหรือทำให้ข้อมูลไม่สามารถระบุตัวตนได้ เว้นแต่จะมีเหตุจำเป็นทางกฎหมายที่ต้องเก็บไว้นานกว่านั้น

7. นโยบายการลบบัญชีและสิทธิในการถูกลืม

ผู้ใช้มีสิทธิในการขอลบบัญชีและข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลออกจากระบบ

วิธีการลบในแอป (หลัก): ไปที่ โปรไฟล์ > ศูนย์ช่วยเหลือ แล้วกด ลบบัญชี (ปุ่มสีแดง) และยืนยันการลบ
วิธีการลบทางนโยบาย: ไปที่ โปรไฟล์ > ศูนย์ช่วยเหลือ > นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว (PDPA) เลื่อนลงด้านล่าง แล้วกด ลบบัญชี และยืนยันการลบ

ผลของการดำเนินการ: บัญชีและข้อมูลโปรไฟล์จะถูกลบออกจากแอปทันที และคุณจะออกจากระบบ ท่านสามารถลงทะเบียนใหม่ด้วยเบอร์โทรศัพท์เดิมได้ แต่จะไม่สามารถเข้าถึงข้อมูลโปรไฟล์ การสมัครงาน และประวัติในบัญชีเดิมได้ ข้อมูลจะถูกลบจากระบบหลักภายใน 30 วัน เว้นแต่กฎหมายกำหนดให้เก็บไว้นานกว่านั้น

8. สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

สิทธิในการขอโอนย้ายข้อมูล: ขอรับข้อมูลในรูปแบบที่สามารถอ่านได้ด้วยเครื่องมืออัตโนมัติ
สิทธิในการคัดค้าน: คัดค้านการประมวลผลข้อมูลเพื่อการตลาด
สิทธิในการถอนความยินยอม: ยกเลิกความยินยอมในการประมวลผลข้อมูลที่เคยให้ไว้

9. มาตรการรักษาความปลอดภัย

เราใช้เทคโนโลยีการเข้ารหัสข้อมูล (SSL/TLS), ไฟร์วอลล์ และมาตรการควบคุมการเข้าถึงที่เข้มงวด เพื่อป้องกันข้อมูลจากการเข้าถึงโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตหรือการรั่วไหล

3. Personal Data We Collect

We collect data across different categories to facilitate job matching:

3.1 For Job Seekers:

Identity Data: Full name, gender, age, nationality, and profile picture.
Contact Data: Email address, phone number, LINE ID, and current location/address.
Professional Profile: Educational background, work history, skills, certificates, portfolio links, and expected salary.
Sensitive Data: If provided by the user, such as health data or disability status for specific job requirements.

3.2 For Employers/Hiring Parties:

Corporate Data: Company name, business license/VAT certificate, and office location.
Contact Person Data: Name, position, and corporate contact details.
Job Postings: Content of job advertisements and hiring preferences.

4. Purpose of Data Processing

We process your data based on the following legal bases:

Contractual Basis: To provide job matching services, enable communication between seekers and employers, and manage your account.
Consent: For marketing communications or processing sensitive data where applicable.
Legitimate Interest: To improve app performance, prevent fraud, and ensure platform security.
Legal Obligation: To comply with Thai labor laws, tax regulations, and cybercrime prevention.

5. Sharing of Personal Data

To fulfill our service, we share data with:

Employers/Job Seekers: Your profile data is shared with the opposing party to facilitate hiring and interviews.
Third-Party Service Providers: Cloud storage providers (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS), analytics tools, and identity verification services.
Legal Authorities: When required by a court order, police request, or government regulation.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. If your account remains inactive for more than 2 years, we will anonymize or delete the data, unless legal requirements dictate a longer retention period (e.g., financial audit trails).

7. Account Deletion and Right to Erasure

Users have the right to delete their account and personal data.

In-app deletion (primary): Go to Profile > Help Center, tap Delete account (red button), and confirm.
Alternate in-app path: Go to Profile > Help Center > Privacy policy (PDPA), scroll to the bottom, tap Delete account, and confirm.
Public privacy policy: https://commandeng.in.th/jogroup/privacy
Email (optional): Email jogroup.application@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
Effect: Your account and profile are removed from the app immediately and you are logged out. You may register again with the same phone number as a new account, but your previous profile, job applications, and in-app history will not be available. Data is permanently removed from our primary systems within 30 days, unless law requires longer retention.

8. Rights of the Data Subject

Under the PDPA, you hold the following rights:

Right to Access: Request a copy of your personal data.
Right to Rectification: Update or correct your inaccurate data.
Right to Data Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format.
Right to Object: Object to data processing for direct marketing.
Right to Withdraw Consent: Cancel consent for data processing at any time.
